Wash intelligently

WW6400D is installed with dryer in the laundry room.

Smart energy savings

SmartThings AI Energy mode

Monitor and reduce the washer’s energy use. AI Energy mode* lets you check the power consumption and estimates your electricity bill. For courses that operate in AI Energy mode** it reduces energy use by up to 70%*** using Ecobubble™ to wash with cool water instead of warm and extra cycle time.

* Available on Android and iOS devices. A Wi-Fi connection and a Samsung account are required. ** Can be applied when the selected washing temperature is 20~40°C. *** Based on internal testing on the WW11BB944AGB model in normal usage conditions. Results: Power consumption without AI Energy Mode = 0.539 KWh. Power consumption with AI Energy Mode = 0.145 KWh. Results may vary depending on the actual usage conditions.

Wash for less

A-10% Extra Energy Efficiency

Wash clothes using less energy. The Samsung washing machine is highly energy efficient and even exceeds the minimum energy efficiency requirements for the Class A rating by up to 10%*. Advanced technologies enhance the washing performance and reduce the wash time, which reduces its energy use.

Shows a graph highlighting energy efficiency rating. The washer has A up to -10% extra energy efficiency.Shows a graph highlighting energy efficiency rating. The washer has A up to -10% extra energy efficiency.

* Based on Samsung internal testing. The WW6400/6000D series models are 10% more efficient than required to achieve the Class A energy efficiency rating under Regulation (EU) No 2019/2014. Results may vary depending on the usage environment.

Smart, gentle washing

AI Ecobubble™

Enjoy effective washing with AI Ecobubble™*. It creates bubbles that remove 24% more soil** even in cool water. It also detects the fabric type and adjusts the amount of bubbles, washing time, temperature and spin speed. So it saves up to 70% energy*** compared to washing in warm water and ensures 45.5% better fabric care****.

* AI Ecobubble™ is only activated when specific courses are selected, including Cotton, Synthetics and AI Wash with loads less than 2kg. ** Based on the Performance Lab Test report by Springboard Engineering on EMPA strips, comparing a normal detergent solution and bubble technology without mechanical action. Individual results may vary. *** Compared to washing in warm water. Tested in accordance with IEC 60456-2010 / 4kg Wash Load / Super Eco Wash cold (WF80F5E5U4W) vs. Cotton 40°C without Ecobubble™ (WF0702WKU). Individual results may vary. **** Based on an EMPA test on a 9kg model (WF906U4SAGD, Synthetics), with and without Ecobubble™. Data collected from individual tests. Actual results may vary depending on individual use.

Performance

Step 1: Wash load, 2: Water level, 3: Fabric, 4: Soil level, 5: Detergent level sensing. In Step 4, the washing time is changed by AI and can be controlled on SmartThings app via Wifi. AI adjusts the amount of detergent according to the average soil level through 10-cycle data, saving up to 15%.

Intelligently thorough

AI Wash

Wash clothes thoroughly* with less water and detergent. AI Wash senses the weight and softness of the fabric and the level of soiling. It then adjusts the water and detergent and the soaking, rinsing and spinning times. By analyzing your washing pattern it can use less detergent**.

* Based on an AI-created algorithm. Actual results may vary depending on individual use.
** Compared to a regular Samsung auto dispenser, which is set to dispense the recommended amount of detergent. Based on the continuous analysis of the amount of detergent used in the last 10 cycles. Actual results may vary depending on individual use.

Convenience

Optimized detergent

Auto Dispense

Get great washing results with less waste and effort*. Auto Dispense** automatically dispenses the right amount of detergent and fabric softener for each load. It has separate compartments for each, although both can be used for detergent, so there is no need to refill it after every wash***.

* Actual results may vary depending on individual use.
** Only available on the WW6400D model.
*** Auto Dispense holds detergent for up to 1 month of washing, based on the average of 2~3 washes per week (5kg load/standard usage). May vary depending on the washing load and settings.
