What does Display Resolution Mean?
Display Resolution is defined as the number of distinct pixels that can be displayed.
Resolution is usually written as width x height and the unit used to write it in is pixels.
For example, a 4K Television would have the resolution of 4096 x 2160. Which means the TV screen is 4096 pixels in width and 2160 pixels in height.
